Breakfast smoothie recipe:

1 x blood orange
1 x kiwi fruit
1 x small banana
1 x tsp of chia seeds
2 x ice cubes + 1/2 cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1/2 teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
