Avocado smoothie

I generally make at least one smoothie a week with avocado. While some find that a little odd, I can assure you they make smoothies nice and creamy, filling but not heavy.

 

Avocado smoothie:

 

1 1/4 x cups cold unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk beverage
1 x ripe avocado
1 x ripe banana
1 x granny smith apple
1 x small stalk of celery
2 x cups spinach
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) instant herbal beverage/green tea
2 x cm of peeled fresh ginger
8 x ice cubes
