Peach Coconut Smoothie

I must admit, I do love a good piña colada cocktail –  The calories I don’t love so much. The good news, this smoothie recipe doesn’t carry the calories or the alcohol and it’s to-die-for!

 

Introducing my new favourite smoothie – The healthy piña colada smoothie:



1 x cup of unsweetened coconut milk

1 x cup frozen pineapple

1 x frozen banana

1 x cup of crushed ice

2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder

1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) instant herbal beverage/green tea

 

Top with fruit, shredded coconut & enjoy!

 

This smoothie is super thick & creamy – it’s like ice-cream if you prefer to enjoy it in a bowl…
