The Wellness Journey Smoothie Bowl

If you’re anything like me, a little time poor to say the least, then you blend your morning smoothie and hit the road pretty much immediately during the week. A smoothie bowl is a great way to enjoy your morning smoothie at a more leisurely pace.

Try this thick berry and banana smoothie poured into a bowl and topped with antioxidant-rich garnishes. Tasty, energizing, and pretty.

 

Here’s how to make it:

1 x frozen banana
½ x cup cherries or berries (frozen overnight)
1 x tablespoon hemp seeds
½ x cup almond milk
½ x fresh banana, sliced
8 x fresh raspberries
8 x fresh blackberries
1 x teaspoon chia seeds
1 x tablespoon pepitas
1 x tablespoon coconut flakes
¼ x cup pomegranate seeds
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Berry shake powder
2 x scoops of (Herbalife) Personalized protein powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) instant herbal beverage/green tea
8 x cubes of ice

 

Add frozen banana, cherries, hemp seeds, and almond milk to your blender or bullet device. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl. You may need to stop, shake and repeat at small intervals – this sucker is thick!

Top smoothie with sliced bananas, raspberries, blackberries, chia seeds, pepitas, coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
