I love a good Sunday session (the ‘other’ Sunday session that is). After a mega power walk along the river I enjoyed this healthy berry protein smoothie – always better in a glamorous glass!
Berry protein smoothie:
1 x cup of frozen strawberries
1 x cup of frozen raspberries
1 x banana
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Berry shake powder
1 x scoop of (Herbalife) Personalized protein powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) instant herbal beverage/green tea
Topped with a fresh berry, a sprinkle with some Chia seeds & enjoy!
