Icy berry smoothie:
1 x cup of frozen raspberries + 1 x cup of frozen strawberries
1 x cup of crushed ice
1 x cup of natural yogurt
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Berry shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
Top with your garnish of choice & enjoy!
