Recipe: Blackberry & banana smoothie

Another Summer festive fruit smoothie.

The colour of smoothies using blackberries is just amazing!

 

Blackberry & banana smoothie:

 

1 x cup of fresh blackberries + 1 x banana
8 x ice cubes
100ml of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder + 1 x scoop of PPP (Personalised Protein Powder)
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea

Top with slices of banana, blackberries, chia seeds & enjoy!
