Pretty hard to imagine this is healthy isn’t it?!
Tried this layered delight for breakfast this morning and I must say it’s pretty amazing!
Here’s how to make it – layer in a tall glass:
1 x banana
12 x raw almonds
1 x cup of natural yogurt
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Dutch Chocolate shake powder
2 x teaspoons of crushed nuts
1 x teaspoon of cinnamon (garnish)
