I love the colour of this smoothie, I was lucky enough to come across the recipe via a fellow Wellness Coach.
Thick blackberry smoothie:
1 x cup of frozen blackberries
6 x ice cubes
100ml of soy milk
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Cookies & Cream shake powder + 1 x scoop of PPP (Personalised Protein Powder)
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
Top with fresh blue berries & enjoy!
