How good does my lunch time smoothie look today?!
I rarely crave chocolate but thanks to a few overindulgences over the festive break I’m getting a few hankerings this week.
This creamy chocolate thickshake’esq smoothie is healthy but will do the job to quell those unwanted chocolate cravings.
Healthy chocolate thickshake smoothie:
1 x small banana
4 x ice cubes
1.5 cups of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) Dutch Chocolate shake powder + 2 x scoops of PPP (Personalised Protein Powder)
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
