Simple Orange Smoothie:
1 x large orange (skin off)
1 x small banana
4 x ice cubes
2 x cups of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
