So here’s a simple smoothie with a difference! I love this and do have to say it’s not my recipe it’s borrowed from a clever gal in our client group.
This is another one for the milk based smoothie aficionados.
Behold, the Apple Crumble Smoothie:
1 x diced apple
3 x ice cubes
2 x cups of low-fat or almond milk
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
+ a dash or cinnamon in the smoothie & for garnish
