Hello smoothie recipe day! This one was given to me by a friend, it’s super simple and refreshing. It’s a good one for those that like something not so sweet.
A good Spring / Summer smoothie, particularly for a hot day.
So here is the Lemon Meringue smoothie:
1 x whole lemon (skin and seeds removed)
1 x cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) French Vanilla shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
4 x ice cubes
