I’ve just come back from a trek to the weekend markets and having stocked up on fresh fruit and vegetables, there are numerous options available to me for my lunchtime smoothie.
Oh the mangoes… If you love mangoes like I do then you understand the lure of the smell of a ripe mango. I love this time of year and the produce we have available to us.
So here’s a break from my red fruit smoothies where mango is the star:
2 x cups of fresh mango pulp
1/2 a banana
1/2 a green apple
1 x cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
2 x ice cubes
