It’s smoothie recipe day! After extracting myself from the beach and diving head-first into the work week I decided to try something new.
I’m having a red fruit moment, as some of you may have guessed, so this shot of divinity fits with that.
Here’s another very Spring celebration:
1 x cup of strawberries (frozen overnight)
1 x cup of raspberries
1 x small banana
1 x cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
1 x teaspoon of chia seeds
