Happy Monday! Try this refreshing breakfast smoothie – a great start to the day, particularly in Summer.


1 x cup of watermelon
1/2 a green apple
1 x kiwi fruit
1/2 x avocado
1/2 cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1 x teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
