Recipe: Breakfast Smoothie

Welcome to the weekend! I blended up this little delight for the first time this morning and had to share it:

1/2 cup of watermelon
1/2 a green apple
1 x small banana
6 x strawberries (frozen overnight)
1/4 of a cucumber
1/4 of a lime
1/2 cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1/2 teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
