Happy Monday! I’m delighted to share this week’s breakfast smoothie recipe. Hands down the best one I’ve made in the last fortnight:
1/2 a red apple
1 x small banana
6 x strawberries (frozen overnight)
1 x tsp of chia seeds
1/2 cup of filtered water
2 x scoops of (Herbalife F1) shake powder
1/2 teaspoon of (Herbalife) herbal beverage/green tea
